At Decca Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our legendary recordings and merchandise. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the vinyl, CDs, or apparel in their original packaging, ensuring all protective sleeves and inserts are included to prevent damage.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
